Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create personas to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on client requirements.
- Convert wireframes into high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
- Conduct usability tests and revise designs based on feedback.
- Conduct competitive analysis to find the best design solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and the testing team to ensure designs meet business goals and are ready for development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and accessibility guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
