Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients on Upwork.
  • Handle initial client communication, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Manage documentation and ensure smooth lead onboarding before project initiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project expectations.
  • Track and optimize business development efforts to improve success rates.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and set clear expectations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-ups.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales in the tech industry is a plus.
