Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring our software products' high quality and reliability by thoroughly testing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create and execute detailed test plans and cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, record, document, and track software defects.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, performance, regression, and API testing.
- Provide timely test status updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers.
- Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools, like Jira, ClickUp, Trello.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies such as JMeter & Agile.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
**Knowledge of automation testing & programming languages is a plus.
